- Die Fischerbaude ist eine der beliebtesten Beherbergungs- und Gaststätten der Urlaubsortes Holzhau im Erzgebirge. 1901 von Paul und Clara Fischer erworben. Ab 1929 durch den Sohn Edwin systematisch ausgebaut. So kam unter anderem im Jahr 1929 ein Saal dazu.
